Mr. Study(이하 "서비스")는 「개인정보 보호법」을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 본 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

1. 개인정보의 처리 목적

서비스는 다음 목적을 위해 개인정보를 처리합니다.

회원 식별 및 본인 인증 (Google 또는 Kakao 계정 로그인)
학습 시간 기록 및 통계 제공 (전기기능사 필기·실기 등 시험 모듈별)
서비스 이용 분석 및 품질 개선 (이벤트 로그, 페이지 조회 등)
이용자 문의 응대 및 권리 행사 처리

2. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목

3. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간

회원 정보 및 학습 기록: 회원 탈퇴 시까지
회원 탈퇴 시: 계정 메뉴의 계정 삭제 기능을 통해 데이터베이스에서 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다 (학습 기록· 프로젝트 도면 등 포함). 인프라 제공자(Supabase)의 일상적인 백업 스냅샷에 일시적으로 잔존할 수 있으며, 해당 백업의 보존 기간이 종료되면 함께 소멸됩니다.
분석 이벤트 데이터: PostHog 보존 정책에 따라 최대 7년 (단, 무료 플랜 운영 중에는 7일)

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 법령의 규정에 의거하거나 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관이 요구하는 경우 예외로 합니다.

5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁

서비스는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.

6. 개인정보의 국외이전

제5항의 수탁자는 모두 대한민국 외에 위치하므로, 이용자의 개인정보는 해당 국가로 이전되어 처리됩니다. 각 수탁자는 자체 개인정보처리방침 및 적절한 보호조치를 통해 이용자 정보를 보호합니다.

7. 정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법

이용자는 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구
회원 탈퇴 (동의 철회)

회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제)는 로그인 후 우측 상단 계정 메뉴 → 계정 삭제에서 즉시 진행할 수 있습니다. 삭제 시 해당 계정의 학습 기록 및 프로젝트 데이터가 모두 함께 영구 삭제됩니다.

그 외 권리 행사는 본 방침 제11항의 개인정보보호 책임자에게 이메일로 요청할 수 있으며, 서비스는 지체 없이(10일 이내) 조치합니다.

8. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제하며, 종이 문서는 분쇄 또는 소각하여 파기합니다.

10. 쿠키의 운영 및 거부

서비스는 이용자 식별 및 분석을 위해 다음 쿠키를 사용합니다.

sb-* (Supabase): 로그인 세션 유지 (필수)
ph_* (PostHog): 이용 분석 (선택)

브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 로그인 등 일부 서비스 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

13. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만의 회원 가입을 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만으로 확인되는 경우 해당 계정과 개인정보는 즉시 삭제됩니다.

14. 개인정보처리방침의 변경

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 변경 사항을 시행 7일 전부터 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 중요한 변경의 경우 로그인 시 별도 동의를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Mr. Study ("the Service") is operated by an independent developer (schaufelmerde). This policy describes what personal data we collect, why, how we store it, and the rights you have over it. We comply with the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

2. How we use it

To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
To track your study time per exam module so you can see your own progress, and so we can understand which modules to invest in.
To improve the Service via aggregate product analytics (funnels, retention, completion rates).
To respond to your inquiries and rights requests.

3. Retention

Account data and study records: kept while your account is active.
When you delete your account from the in-app menu (Delete account), your account row and all linked data (study records, saved projects) are removed from the live database immediately. Copies may persist briefly in our infrastructure provider's (Supabase) routine backup snapshots and expire with that backup window.
Analytics events: retained per PostHog's policy (currently 7 days on the free plan; up to 7 years on paid plans).

4. Third-party processors and international transfer

We use the following processors. Because none are located in the Republic of Korea, your data is transferred internationally over encrypted HTTPS connections.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your account immediately from the in-app account menu (Delete account); doing so permanently removes your study records and saved projects together with the account.

For any other request, email [email protected]. We will respond within ten (10) days.

EU residents additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority. Korean residents may contact the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (kopico.go.kr).

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS / TLS.
Stored data is protected by Supabase Row-Level Security; users can only access their own rows.
Administrative access is minimised and reviewed periodically.

7. Cookies

sb-* (Supabase) — required for sign-in sessions.
ph_* (PostHog) — used for product analytics.

You can disable cookies in your browser, but sign-in and other Service features may stop working as a result.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it.
