본 약관은 Mr. Study(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 전기기능사 학습 도구 (필기 퀴즈, 실기 시뮬레이터 등)의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 운영자의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생하며, 운영자는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 시행일 7일 전부터 서비스 내에 공지하며, 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.
만 14세 이상이며 Google 계정을 보유한 자는 본 약관에 동의한 후 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만은 회원 가입이 제한됩니다.
본 약관 시행일 기준 서비스는 무료로 제공됩니다. 향후 일부 기능에 대해 유료 정책이 도입될 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전 공지 후 시행합니다. 기존에 무료로 제공되던 기능은 합리적 기간 동안 무료 상태를 유지합니다.
이용자는 서비스를 이용함에 있어 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
서비스의 코드, 디자인, 문제 데이터(가공·편집된 형태), 시뮬레이터 도면 엔진 등에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 운영자에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 서비스 내에서 작성한 프로젝트 도면 등 콘텐츠의 저작권은 이용자에게 귀속되며, 운영자는 서비스 제공·개선 목적의 범위 내에서 이를 이용할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 운영상·기술상 사유로 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 사전 공지가 가능한 경우 7일 전까지 공지합니다. 예측할 수 없는 장애·천재지변·법령 변경 등 부득이한 경우에는 사후 공지로 갈음할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 로그인 후 우측 상단 계정 메뉴 → 계정 삭제를 통해 직접 회원 탈퇴를 진행할 수 있으며, 탈퇴 시 학습 기록 및 프로젝트 데이터가 함께 영구 삭제됩니다. 직접 삭제가 어려운 경우 운영자([email protected]) 에게 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이용자가 본 약관 제7조를 위반한 경우 사전 통지 후 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 회원 자격을 정지· 말소할 수 있습니다.
관련 법령에서 허용하는 최대 한도 내에서, 운영자가 이용자에게 부담하는 손해배상 책임의 총액은 해당 사유 발생 시점으로부터 직전 12개월간 이용자가 서비스를 위해 운영자에게 지급한 금액(무료 이용자의 경우 0원)을 초과하지 않습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 운영자의 주소지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

By using Mr. Study ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by an independent developer (schaufelmerde). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides Korean electrician-certification study tools, including:
You must be at least 14 years old and hold a Google account to register. Children under 14 may not register or use the Service.
At the time these Terms take effect, the Service is provided free of charge. Paid features may be introduced in the future and will be announced before launch. Features previously offered for free will remain free for a reasonable transition period.
You agree not to:
The Service's code, design, curated question bank, and simulator engine are owned by the operator. Content you create within the Service (project diagrams, etc.) remains yours; you grant the operator a non-exclusive licence to host and process that content as needed to provide and improve the Service.
The operator may modify or discontinue any part of the Service. Where practical, changes will be announced at least seven (7) days in advance. For unforeseeable events (outages, force majeure, regulatory changes), notice may be given after the fact.
You may close your account at any time from the in-app account menu (Delete account); doing so permanently removes your study records and saved projects together with the account. If self-service deletion is unavailable for any reason, you may instead email [email protected]. The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after reasonable notice.
The Service is a study aid. The operator does not guarantee exam success or any specific learning outcome. The Service is provided "as is", and the operator disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim — which, for free users, is zero.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be heard in the court of competent jurisdiction at the operator's address as the court of first instance.
